Lovely and fairly clean apartment with location close enough to the square, the railwaystation and old city, and railway station, everything was in order. Staff was excellent and I loved that. Although the bed here was uncomfortable; I had a brilliant stay of more than 2 nights. A shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were provided.

I had a wonderful stay at Platinum Suites. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service provided. The location was perfect, close to the train station and within walking distance of the old town. The apartment had a balcony, which added to the overall charm. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed, and the beds were cozy and comfortable. The self check-in and check-out process was convenient and hassle-free. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

I enjoyed the place, it was fantastic and clean and had incredibly comfortable and incredible location very close to a railway station and neighborhood with many restaurants and bistros. Served breakfast on a roll baked in the oven, everything was appetising. My room was well-equipped in the big window in the bedroom. Staff at the reception desk and the atmosphere was quiet!

It has best possible location, a 5-minute drive to Old Town. Staff are very amiable and affable here, at the reception desk. Thanks very much for everything — we would recomand the place.

I recently had a fantastic 5-day visit to this hotel and I couldn't be happier with my experience. the location was just perfect. It's situated in a convenient spot, not far from the city centre and very close to the main railway station and a large shopping hall. This made it incredibly easy to explore the city and get around. Additionally, there was a restaurant nearby which was a great option for grabbing a bite to eat after a long day of sightseeing.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to key transportation hubs and within walking distance of the city center. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. the facilities provided for cooking were a great advantage for those who prefer to prepare their own meals.
To consider. The wifi reception in the room was poor, often becoming unstable when other guests arrived.

We loved the central location, close to the train/bus station and the city center. the bed and pillows were excellent for a comfortable sleep. the self-check-in process was smooth and easy, making our arrival hassle-free. the apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for both short and long-term stays. We also appreciated the powerful fans in both rooms to keep us cool on hot days.
Felt like home, no complaints.

I stayed at Platinum Suites for just one night and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was smooth with clear instructions for retrieving the keys from the keysafe. The room was equipped with everything I needed, including a complimentary mobile phone for local recommendations. The location was perfect, just a short walk from both the train and bus station, making it convenient for traveling to and from the airport and visiting nearby attractions like the Salt Mine. The room was clean, spacious, and modern, with a comfortable bed and a great walk-in shower. The nearby convenience store and restaurant were a plus, and breakfast at the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Krakow.
I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is ideally located, close to both the train station and a large shopping hall. The staff are friendly and attentive, with the rooms being kept very clean. The large balcony, included in some rooms, is a real plus. The breakfast, especially the oven-baked rolls, is delicious.
All was well, no complaints.
